Scope of Services. Through this Site, Helping Hands Handyman Services markets and arranges Drywall Repair, Light Bulb Replacement, Electrical Repairs, Plumbing Fixture Replacement, HVAC Maintainance. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.

Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.

Ownership. Helping Hands Handyman Services (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.

Limitation. In no event will Helping Hands Handyman Services's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.

Choice of Law. FL law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of FL, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
